Given that it’s an atheros card, linux support would normally be done via the madwifi driver.

Apologies if it has reached liux inappropriately; please just reply to this message indicating so. Often after a few hours of using Ubuntu the WiFi will just start working randomly.
No lijux It doesn’t work at all, has degraded performance, or requires manual configuration to make it work. I have done some searching on google and on d-ilnk forums here with people who seem to have mixed success on getting the card running properly. I used ndiswrapper version 1. If anyone has a step-by-step guide on this i would really appreciate it and if it gets me up and running i will be more than happy to offer the first person a cold beer of there choice Many thanks, Maxus.
The time now is I’ve gone over the list on how to post a thread and it’s a bit long since I’m not sure off all the media I’m getting with the commands.
